I have faith in the fact that no matter what current happening I am intrigued by, Chuck Klosterman will have an articulate and fascinating take on it.
“We are comfortable with the idea that extra-bad people possess something intangible that helps them win football games. There is a long history of this, especially in places like Oakland. But it’s less comfortable to think that extra-good people possess such qualities, because that suggests they’re being helped by virtuous forces outside of corporeal reality. And that’s too much to handle/accept/consider, unless (of course) you already accept that premise unconditionally in every day of your life.”
This is adorable and I want to send it to everyone I know. Because it is cute, not because I’m tryna spoon with all ya’ll.

Spend way too long on the Ben Kweller website, figuring out which concerts you went to off of the extensive list of past shows. Oh, I saw him in Brooklyn on June 30, 2007? That literally has no effect on my life now whatsoever but I just DESPERATELY HAD TO KNOW.
Sometimes Molly Hannon posts things that make me think we are just meant to be. Also, that one time that The Band came on at Margaritas and we both were SO excited.
